1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the E.D.D.I.E. website or participating in the $EDDIE ecosystem, you agree to these Terms of Service. We operate under Swiss law and believe in clear, transparent agreements.

If you don't agree with these terms, we understand - experimental projects aren't for everyone. Simply don't use the website or participate in the ecosystem.

Note: Your continued use means you accept these terms and understand the experimental nature of this project.

2. EXPERIMENTAL NATURE & WARRANTIES

E.D.D.I.E. is an experimental project provided "as is" without warranties. We're exploring uncharted territory in AI and blockchain, which means:

• The technology is experimental and may have unexpected behaviors
• Features may change or evolve as we learn
• There's no guarantee of specific outcomes or functionality
• Token values are unpredictable and may fluctuate wildly

Important: We cannot and do not make promises about future value, utility, or the project's ultimate success. This is a genuine experiment.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in the $EDDIE ecosystem, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Total Loss Risk: You may lose 100% of any funds used to acquire $EDDIE tokens
• Technology Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or fail entirely
• Regulatory Risk: Tokens may be deemed illegal in your jurisdiction at any time
• Market Risk: Token value may drop to zero immediately and permanently
• Project Risk: The project may be abandoned at any time without notice
• Liquidity Risk: You may never be able to sell or transfer your tokens
• Security Risk: Your tokens may be stolen, hacked, or become inaccessible
• Tax Risk: You are solely responsible for any tax liabilities

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take full responsibility for your decisions.

4. NOT A SECURITY OR INVESTMENT

$EDDIE TOKENS ARE EXPLICITLY NOT:

• Securities, commodities, or any form of investment contract
• Shares, equity, or ownership interests in any entity
• Rights to dividends, profit shares, or voting rights
• Debt instruments or promises of repayment
• Derivatives or financial instruments of any kind
• Rights to any current or future revenue streams

$EDDIE is intended solely as an experimental utility token within a speculative digital ecosystem. Any purchase of $EDDIE tokens should be made only for experimental participation purposes, not with any expectation of profit or financial return.

Remember: $EDDIE is a utility token for experimental participation, not an investment vehicle.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
• ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR $EDDIE TOKENS
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Project and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, settlements, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the website or $EDDIE tokens
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your negligence or willful misconduct
• Any third-party claims arising from your actions

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the absolute right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Block any wallet address from interacting with the smart contracts
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the project entirely without notice
• Delete or refuse to process any transactions at our sole discretion

Note: Termination may affect your access to tokens and the platform.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate token prices
• Engage in wash trading or other deceptive practices
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants
• Use the service if you are under 18 years old
• Access the service from restricted jurisdictions

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland, under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. You waive any right to jury trial or class action lawsuits. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

11. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing on this website or in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, business, tax, or investment advice. You must consult your own advisors before engaging with $EDDIE tokens. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided here.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

14. SEVERABILITY
